Knowing the user
GPNow is a completely internal wholesale application for Georgia Pacific's suppliers. Up until this point a supplier would submit their purchase order over the phone or with a paper form. The challenge was to create a modern user flow that was both intuitive and innovative to GP's users. GPNow provides the same catalog and pricing, but moves the process online through a simple interface using industry standard language.

When you order 5,000 lbs of paper you want to know it's going to show up to the right warehouse. Using the Bigcommerce platform GPNow gives suppliers the ability to track the progress of their orders, maintain several delivery addresses and reprint past orders for bookkeeping or reordering.
